Ultrasound: Fissural lesion at the proximal insertion of the common flexor tendon with hypervascularization on Doppler = Advanced fissural tendinopathy of the common flexor tendon associated with calcified tendinopathy of the triceps.

ANSWER

Clinical diagnosis: Epicondylitis

MRI: Shows interesting findings (!) of “tennis elbow”.
