Question

Left Hip Prosthesis. Pain in both hips.

Signs of loosening? And why does the patient have contralateral pain?

ANSWER

Left Hip Prosthesis: on the conventional X-ray, there are elements suggesting loosening (arrows). On the right, there is evidence of peritrochanteric enthesopathy.
