Question

Episode of Dysphasia, Suspected TIA.

What does the punctate signal anomaly of the angular gyrus suggest to you? Is it compatible with the clinical presentation?

The punctate lesion of the angular gyrus discovered on the left MRI, in the territory of the superficial middle cerebral artery, suggests subacute ischemia.
